• Unsecured loans up to $30,000 BDS
• Up to 6 years to repay (not exceeding age 67)

Application Requirements:

• Recent job letter (no older than 1 month)
• Recent pay-slip (4 if weekly paid)
• 2 Forms of Government-issued ID
• Proof of Address
• Invoice from Tropical Shutters & Products (2011) Limited

HOME EQUITY & Other Secured Loans:

• Lending up to 90% of The Equity
• Same Requirements as Above Apply
• For Self-Employed Persons, the following will be required in-lieu of job letter & pay-slips:
• Last 3 years company financial statements & corresponding tax returns
• 2 years - company bank statements
• Evidence of registration with NIS
• VAT and Income Tax clearance certificates
